Modalities & Add-Ons

Experience, empathy, and excellence in every session.

Build a session that works with your body

Every session is customized. These are the tools we can draw from; each one has a purpose, and each one works best when applied intentionally, not excessively.

Focused, slower work designed to access deeper layers of tissue and improve how areas tolerate load and movement. This can be helpful for persistent tension and areas that feel “stuck” or overworked.

Not equivalent to unlimited pressure—more pressure does not mean better results, and your nervous system ultimately determines how much depth is useful.

A rhythmic, full-body approach that blends depth with continuous, flowing movement. This is my fusion of Deep Tissue and Hawaiian Lomilomi, which I studied on the Big Island of Hawaii.

It helps shift the nervous system while still allowing access to deeper layers without creating unnecessary guarding. The draping style allows for larger areas of the body to be worked continuously, which can feel more open compared to traditional massage.

For some clients, this creates a uniquely supportive experience—one that allows the body to receive sustained, non-threatening touch in a safe and clearly defined therapeutic context.

A lighter, more general approach that supports circulation, relaxation, and overall downregulation of the nervous system. Ideal if your system is already stressed or sensitive and needs a lower threshold of input.
Less focused on specific restrictions and more about creating global ease and recovery.

Sustained, targeted pressure applied with patience to give your nervous system time to register and adapt to the input. This slower approach can help reduce muscle tone, improve local awareness, and increase tolerance in areas that feel dense or restricted.

Over longer holds, your body may begin to shift how it organizes tension; less through force, and more through gradual adaptation.

This does not physically “break up” fascia or adhesions; the changes are primarily neurological and sensory, not structural in the way it’s often described.

Very gentle, intentional touch designed to support nervous system regulation and increase internal awareness. Often subtle, but can have a powerful effect on how your body organizes and responds to stress. I follow your breath to appreciate where you are holding tension, and with light tactile sensations, your nervous system has the opportunity to regulate that tension.

This is not force-based work. It relies on your system’s ability to self-adjust when given the right input.

Guided stretching to explore and expand your usable range of motion. Helps you connect to positions you may not access on your own.
Not a replacement for strength or long-term mobility work as lasting change comes from what you can actively control.

Topical CBD applied during your session to support relaxation and reduce local sensitivity. Can enhance the overall calming effect of the work.

Creates a different type of stimulus to the tissue, often increasing local circulation and changing sensation in targeted areas.

Does not remove toxins or physically break up tissue, the effects are primarily neurological and circulatory.

A short, guided practice to help you tune into your body and shift your nervous system state. Pairs well with hands-on work for deeper integration.
The greatest benefits build with consistency and awareness over time, and I teach you how to drop in to this state on your own.

Warm oil applied during the session to promote relaxation and enhance tissue glide. Adds a grounding, calming quality to the work.

Localized heat used to help tissues relax and prepare for deeper or more specific work.

Very light, rhythmic work that supports the movement of lymph fluid and can help reduce swelling or fluid buildup.
Not a detox or fat-loss method; this supports fluid movement, not systemic cleansing or structural change.

Supportive, gentle work tailored to the needs of pregnancy, focusing on comfort, circulation, and nervous system regulation.
Always adapted to stage of pregnancy, this is not deep or intensive work.

No single modality is the solution, but every modality can support healing and regulation in it’s own way.

The goal is to choose the right inputs for your body, at the right time, so your system can adapt, not resist.
